Schedule & what’s included
14-week option: December 5/6, 2026 to March 6/7, 2027. 18-week option: December 5/6, 2026 to April 3/4, 2027. Choose Saturday, Sunday or full weekends, with seven coaching hours per day and Gemini Freestyle Center access. Freestylerz Plus runs December 5, 2026 to April 4, 2027 and includes Winter Break camps on December 22, 23, 24, 29 and 30 plus Spring Break camps on March 16, 17, 23 and 24 (subject to the competition calendar).
Equipment
Twin-tip skis, poles, helmet and goggles. A second pair is not required. Recommended ski width is 80–90 mm, with skis reaching approximately eyebrow to forehead height. Properly fitted boots are essential.
Fees & additional costs
18 weeks: $2,445 full weekend or $1,785 for Saturday or Sunday. 14 weeks: $2,228 full weekend or $1,258 for Saturday or Sunday. Freestylerz Plus options begin at $3,192 for winter-only. Lift access, memberships and the refundable family volunteer levy are additional. Optional fall trampoline and Friday training may be added. SnowReg offers full-payment and six-instalment choices.
Important before registering
Age is based on December 31 of the program year. Registration, waivers and payment arrangements must be complete before participation. Program fees are not prorated for late starts or extended absences.

What families need to know

Registration, placement and attendance
We believe athletes do their best when they’re shredding with friends. Groups are balanced by age and ability, and we make every effort to keep friends together. Joining without a friend? You’ll make them here. Age is determined by the calendar year ending December 31.
Registration, waivers and payment arrangements must be completed before participation begins. There is no family discount and no prorating for a late start or extended absence.
Program fees do not include a lift ticket or season pass unless the SnowReg product specifically says otherwise.
Payment options
Families may pay in full or use the instalment option shown in SnowReg. Season-long programs normally offer six monthly instalments.
Families who prefer INTERAC e-transfer can avoid SnowReg credit-card fees. Email info@freestylewhistler.com for an offline-payment coupon code; the club will issue invoices through QuickBooks.
Refunds and weather closures
Cancel before November 15 for a refund less a $25 administration fee, or between November 15 and December 3 for a refund less a $250 administration fee.
After the program begins, the published schedule is 75% before December 30, 50% before January 27 and 25% before March 3. No refund is provided after March 3.
If training is cancelled because of weather, emergency, road or facility closure, Freestyle Whistler may provide a make-up, refund or program credit depending on the circumstances.
Freestyle Canada and Freestyle BC memberships
Every participant needs a current Freestyle Canada and Freestyle BC membership, valid July 1–June 30. The registration portal uses the family email address to verify membership status.
Club Athlete membership is $125 and Provincial Athlete membership is $195. Competition level determines which membership is required.
How to buy a membership ↗Lift access and Sea to Sky Pass
Program fees do not include lift access unless expressly stated. Whistler Blackcomb normally makes the Sea to Sky Student Pass available to registered club athletes in early September.
After registration, the club submits eligible athletes to the pass list. Families then contact Whistler Blackcomb Pass Administration to complete the purchase. Pass details for the coming winter are confirmed when Whistler Blackcomb releases them.
Athlete accident insurance
Additional accident coverage is recommended. Freestyle Canada In-Country Accident Insurance can be purchased with the athlete’s membership; the current listed price is $85.

A $200 volunteer levy applies once per family for Winter 2026–27 season-long programs. Families can earn the full $200 back by completing eight volunteer hours.
Volunteer opportunities and tracking information will be provided at the start of the winter season.
Fundraising and supporting the club
Freestyle Whistler is a nonprofit. Fundraising helps keep program fees accessible and supports the long-term operation of the club and Gemini Freestyle Center.
