What the day includes
Included in the program fee
- 7 hours of Freestyle Canada-qualified coaching
- Access to the Gemini landing airbag, mogul course, Intro to Inverts site and rail garden
- Coached progression at Gemini, in terrain parks and on suitable mountain terrain
Paid or supplied by families
- Whistler Blackcomb lift ticket or season pass
- Lunch, snacks and drinks. If buying lunch, bring a credit card, debit card or resort charge card—Whistler Blackcomb is cashless
- Skis, boots, poles, helmet, goggles and personal equipment
What families need to know
Meeting, timing and pickup
Meet on the left side of the Blackcomb Gondola at 9:00 am. Athletes aged 12 and over are dismissed from the Gemini Freestyle Center at 3:00 pm; athletes under 12 are accompanied to the base of the Blackcomb Gondola for 3:00 pm pickup.
Required Freestyle Canada and Freestyle BC membership
Every camp athlete needs a current membership. Memberships are valid from July 1 to June 30. SnowReg uses the family email address to find the athlete, check any existing membership and show the options still available.

Freestyle Canada and Freestyle BC collect their fees directly, so two membership items may appear in the cart. The Freestyle Canada portion includes the participant’s Commercial General Liability insurance. The Freestyle BC portion supports provincial administration, coach development and Safe Sport resources.
Membership fees are separate from the program fee and are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase. If SnowReg does not recognize an existing membership, confirm that the same family email address was used previously or email the club before paying.
Equipment and packing
Bring skis, properly fitted boots, poles, helmet, goggles and a backpack with lunch—or a credit card, debit card or resort charge card to purchase lunch, since Whistler Blackcomb is cashless—plus snacks, a 1-litre water bottle, an extra layer, spare gloves and spare goggles.
Program cancellation and weather policy
Cancellation
More than 72 hours: refund less processing fee or full credit. Between 72 and 24 hours: full credit. Less than 24 hours: no refund or credit.
Weather
Training runs in rain, snow or shine. Schedule changes for safety or facility closures are communicated directly to registered families.
